First, you will need to log into to your online account. While on the Ole Miss Athletic Ticket Office website (www.olemissticketoffice.com) you will click on "My Account Login" on the left side of the screen.
At this point you are given two options to get into your online account.
The 1st option will prompt you to enter an email address and a password (which we gathered from you during your online purchase) and/or
the 2nd option will require that you enter your last name and your ticket office # (this can # be found on your E-card above your name or in the documentation you received from the Ole Miss Ticket Office during your purchase.)
Note: If you do not know your password, click "forgot your password?" and enter your email address. If someone told you they transferred your tickets to you and you did not receive an email, contact them to find out the exact email address and password they entered.
Once you are successfully logged into your online account you have the ability to Transfer, Donate, Sell and Print your e-tickets. Please follow the instructions below to facilitate each action.
Transfer Tickets Online.
Transfer tickets to anyone, anytime, anywhere. This is done by logging into your E-Card account at www.OleMissTicketOffice.com and emailing an e-ticket (good for a single game) to a recipient of your choice. Recipients should then print out their e-tickets themselves on a color or black and white printer. (The recipient of the e-ticket will need a valid email address and a printer.)
Instructions - Choose the name of the game (ex. Ole Miss vs Memphis) where these tickets are located. A new screen will appear showing the ticket(s) details for that particular game including section, row and seat #. At the end of each row describing the ticket is an empty box, please click on the box and put a check mark in the box (this selects the ticket for this transaction.)
Now click on the Transfer button. Another screen will appear where you will enter the new ticket owners first and last name, valid email address and a password which you will create for this transaction. Click on the box at the bottom of the screen which signifies that you understand you are giving up ownership of these tickets and the "Complete this Transfer Button".
You have now transferred these tickets to the new owner.
Note: Ticket Management is available for each ticket at a cost of $10 for the remaining games this season. This allows you to manage your tickets over the remainder of the season without paying fees each time you perform a transaction. If you have not purchased "Ticket Management" for the season you will see a prompt for credit card information during this transaction. This is a one time charge for this transaction you are performing now.
Donate your tickets online.
When you donate your tickets online, you will receive a receipt for a tax deductible donation worth the face value of the ticket. This receipt will be sent to the email address on the account following the transaction. The Ole Miss Loyalty Foundation will now own your tickets and they will be removed from your account.
Now click on the Donate button. A new screen will appear which describes the ticket(s) details involved in this transaction. You must click on the box at the bottom of the screen to confirm that you wish to transfer these tickets to the Ole Miss Loyalty Foundation. When you click on the "Donate Now" button, you have completed this transaction.
Note: Ticket Management is available for each ticket at a cost of $10 for the remaining games this season. Sell Tickets Online.
Your e-tickets will be placed on the Ole Miss Athletic Ticket website for sale to the public.

Now click on the Sell button. A new screen will appear which will show the ticket(s) details involved in this transaction. At the top of the screen will be an option available to you where you can choose to lower the ticket price from the original face value to a lower price (this will be your revenue from this ticket sale.)
A second feature on this page also gives you the ability to choose the Donate feature in the event these tickets do not sell by 8 am on the day prior to the game. You can choose to skip this feature by clicking on the box with the check mark and effectively remove this automatic feature.
At the bottom of the page is a box which must be chosen in order to proceed. The last box to click on will show that you understand that you are offering these tickets for public sale. This will place these tickets on the Ole Miss Athletic Ticket Office website for public sale. This doesn't guarantee they will sell, but if they do sell successfully, TicketsXchange will provide you with a check at the conclusion of the season for the value of sold tickets.
Note:
Ticket Management is available for each ticket at a cost of $10 for the remaining games this season. This allows you to manage your tickets over the remainder of the season without paying fees each time you perform a transaction.
