Was the team's leading hitter (.371 avg.) and pitcher (1.49 ERA) in her sophomore season ... Made 46 starts in 49 games played, with 21 starts as a pitcher and the rest at DP and outfield ... As a pitcher, tossed 18 complete games, including five complete game shutouts ... Combined for two more shutouts on the season ... Allowed 130 hits in 169.2 innings pitched, while striking out 154 and walking just 41 ... Batters hit just .211 against Callahan ... Delivered arguably the best pitching performance in Ole Miss history when she logged a school-record 14.0 innings, struck out a school-record 15 batters and did not allow an earned run in the 3-2 upset thriller over No. 4 UCLA ... Also had an 11-strikeout performance against Northwestern State, in which she pitched 7.0 innings without giving up an earned run ... Became the first Rebel to earn Southeastern Conference Pitcher of the Week honors after a stellar performance at Texas A&M's Aggie Classic in Week 3 ... 2004: Had a solid freshman debut as she appeared in 34 games, starting 29 ... Put herself in the top-five in single-season lists for several categories as a freshman, including Innings Pitched (200.0 - 2nd), Strikeouts (177 - 2nd), Complete Games (17 - T5th), Wins (11 - T4th), Shutouts (5 - T3rd) and Appearances (34 - 3rd) ... Her five shutouts came against Illinois-Chicago (3/6), Kentucky (3/13-Game 1), Kentucky (3/14), No. 16 Florida (3/28) and Birmingham Southern (3/31-Game 1) ... Earned her first win of the season against Syracuse (2/21) ... Posted double-digit strikeouts twice with 11 against Kentucky (3/13-Game 1) and Arkansas (4/13) ... Led Ole Miss to its first-ever series win over a ranked opponent with two wins against No. 25 South Carolina (4/24 - Game 1 and 4/25) ... The win also marked the first-ever series win for the Rebels over the Gamecocks ... Drew her first collegiate start at No. 2 Arizona, where she worked a complete game and struck out four batters and walked only two in a 3-2 loss ... Hit .235 for the season, the fourth best on the team ... Drove in three runs on the season and scored five runs.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned All-State TAPPS honors for Class 2-A in 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 ... Earned Class 2-A All tournament honors for 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.
CLUB TEAM: Played for "Fear This" ... Played a role in helping her team to a ninth-place finish at the ASA Nationals in Garland, Texas in 2003 ...Helped lead her team to a seventh-place finish at the 2002 Broken Arrow ASA Gold Nationals ... Helped lead "Fear This" to a first-place finish at the Boulder Independence Tournament in 2001.
